If your business requires graphic design regularly for a blog, content strategy, social media posts, lead magnets, banners, mailouts, email newsletters, proposals and so on, our monthly design service will suit your needs perfectly.
Some of our competitors require tasks to be small 30 minute jobs. We do not have this limitation. You can see a list of the tasks we accept on our homepage.
You can submit as many tasks as you want to us, and we will work through 1 task at a time. This keeps it fair for us while still excellent value for you!
We work in 1 business day rounds for both concepts and any subsequent revisions. Simple tasks can be completed much faster, while larger ones (for example long eBooks or batch tasks) we may take longer. You can keep track of the expected update time from your dashboard page.
Most of our communication is via email, with your Design Manager being your main point of contact. If you have any side questions or issues, you will have their email to get in touch.
We may be able to accommodate your requirements. If you use software that can provide email response communication, there should be no issue. Please contact us first to ensure we can make the process work as well as possible.
We do. However for new businesses wanting a logo, please use our Branding Package. For smaller product or service logos, we are happy to do them as part of the monthly service.
Of course. But please make sure you supply any brand info and artwork when you submit the task.
When you complete the sign up, you will receive a welcome email from us and account access. We will help set any custom requirements and ensure your design tasks are completed consistent with your brand.
That’s ok. We will ask any questions and/or share with you a creative brief document to fill out to help you provide us with all the information we need to commence work on your graphic design task.
No. Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Just contact us to cancel any time. For our annual plan, if you cancel withing the year, we will still provide a refund but keep in mind the refund will be based on using Unlimitly on a monthly basis (no discount) since the full annual period was not fulfilled.
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 14 days, you can cancel and request a refund.
